[摘要] 目的 分析超声鉴别诊断技术在胎儿中枢神经系统诊断中的应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析我院收治引产证实54例胎儿中枢神经系统畸形患者声像图特征，并观察分析超声鉴别诊断的效果。 结果 经过分析得知，54例孕妇经产前超声确诊有51例为中枢神经系统畸形，确诊率为94.44%。其中共发现16例脑膨出、19例脑积水、4例无脑儿、5例脊柱裂以及7例脉络丛囊肿。 结论 超声鉴别诊断技术在胎儿中枢神经系统诊断中应用不仅确诊率高，而且能够很好地显示胎儿中枢神经系统畸形现象，有助于及时终止妊娠，是产前筛选胎儿中枢神经系统畸形最切实的方法，值得临床推广和应用。
