     总之，多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗AD患者的疗效明显优于单纯的奥氮平治疗，不良反应少，能显著改善患者的认知和精神行为症状。本研究的纳入病例数偏少，未来需要进一步扩大样本的总类和数量来进一步深入探讨研究。
