整合式教学在中医院校中西医结合精神病学本科教学中的探索与实践(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨整合式教学在中医院校中西医结合精神病学本科教学中的应用效果。 方法 首先以湖南某中医类院校2015级中西医结合临床专业两个本科教学班级为研究对象,将两个班级随机分为研究组(n=70)与对照组(n=66),分别接受整合式教学与传统教学,在课程结束后通过考核及问卷调查评估教学效果。 结果 研究组在理论成绩、临床操作技能、总成绩及课程满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 整合式教学可以提高中医院校本科生对于中西医结合精神病学的兴趣及专业知识掌握程度,有利于学生多方面综合素质的发展,在未来的教学中可尝试大规模推广。

    Exploration and practice of integrated teaching in undergraduate teaching of Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with psychiatry in Chinese medicine hospital

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of integrated teaching in undergraduate teaching of Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with psychiatry in Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods Firstly, two undergraduate teaching classes of 2015 Chinese and western medicine combined clinical specialty in a Chinese medicine college in Hunan were taken as the research object. Two classes were randomly divided into study group(n=70) and control group(n=66), respectively, and received integrated teaching and traditional teaching. The teaching effect through assessment and questionnaire survey after the course was evaluated. Results The study group were higher than the control group in terms of theoretical scores, clinical skills, total scores, and course satisfaction, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Integrated teaching can improve the interest of undergraduate students in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and the mastery of professional knowledge, which is conducive to the development of students' comprehensive quality. In the future teaching, large-scale promotion can be tried.

    随着近年来医学研究的不断更新,人们对于精神障碍的认识进入了一个新的阶段,对于精神医学专业人才的需求不断增长,提示我们的精神科医务人员不仅要具备较高的专业素养,同时也要具备一定的理论与实践相结合的能力。中西医结合精神病学是现代我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分,中医院校的中西医结合精神病学课程的设置应该以较高水平的教学质量为标准,立足于自身基础,充分考虑未来医疗环境及学生自身的需求,探索出更为符合中医院校师生发展的教学模式[1]。

    目前在全世界范围内的高等教育教学模式主要包括两大类:传统的教学模式主要以“教师”为主导,如以授课为导向的模式(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以案例为导向的模式(case-based learning,CBL);另一大类主要以“学生”为中心,包括以问题为导向的模式(problem-based learning,PBL)、以资源为导向的模式(resources -based learning,RBL)[2-3]。无论是以教师為主导还是以学生为中心的教学方式,均有着各自的优势与不足。既往研究多采取某一种或两种教学方式相结合进行教学评估[4-5],本研究在以往研究的基础上,尝试将上述四种教学方式进行整合,运用“LBL-CBL-PBL- RBL四轨整合式教学模式”实现教学效果的最优化。, 百拇医药(杨徐立 刘学军 唐任之慧 朱锁)
