孟鲁司特钠与曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合用药对变应性鼻炎患者血清因子的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究孟鲁司特钠与曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合用药对变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清因子的影响。 方法 将我院2016年10月～2017年10月收治的94例AR患者进行研究，根据治疗方式不同分为两组均47例，其中对照组实施曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂，研究组在上述基础上联合使用孟鲁司特钠治疗，对比两组患者临床相关症状评分、各项血清因子水平、血清特异性IgE与鼻炎症状、肺功能。 结果 干预前两组患者临床相关症状评分、各项血清因子水平、血清特异性IgE与鼻炎症状、肺功能均无明显变化(P>0.05)，经过治疗后两组患者均出现好转，其中研究组在临床相关症状评分、各项血清因子水平、血清特异性IgE与鼻炎症状、肺功能均优于对照组，研究组治疗总有效率为93.62%，明显高于对照组的80.85%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 针对变应性鼻炎患者实施孟鲁司特钠与曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合用药治疗，临床疗效显著，患者相关症状及时得到改善，肺功能不断得到提升，且血清因子水平获得好转，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray on serum factors in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods A total of 94 patients with AR admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were studied. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods， with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray， and the study group was additionally treated with montelukast sodium. The clinical relevant symptom scores， serum factor levels， serum-specific IgE levels， rhinitis symptoms， and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention， there were no significant changes in clinical relevant symptom scores， serum factor levels， serum-specific IgE levels， rhinitis symptoms， and lung function between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment， both groups showed improvement， and all the above indicators in the study group were superior to the control group. The total effective rate of the study group was 93.62%， which was higher than that of the control group(80.85%). The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium and triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray in patients with allergic rhinitis is significant， which can improve symptoms in time and improve lung function and serum factor levels， so it is worthy of application.

變应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis，AR)在临床也称为过敏性鼻炎，主要是由于患者与过敏源发生了接触，多种炎性因子与炎性细胞参与，导致鼻黏膜慢性炎症出现，临床主要表现为流涕、发作性喷嚏与鼻塞，严重者甚至会出现呼吸障碍，患者病程较长，易出现反复发作的情况，对其生活质量造成一定影响[1]。临床在对发病机制进行研究时发现，炎性反应大多与AR的发展存在关系，白细胞有一定促进作用。当前主要治疗措施为药物干预，旨在改善患者相关症状，其中核心药物一般为激素类与抗组胺药，但临床复发率较高，需要进一步对药物的正确使用进行研究[2]。本文采用孟鲁司特钠与曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂联合用药治疗AR患者，分析药物治疗效果，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(李东波 韩锦华 郭慧)
