[摘要] 头孢曲松结石是使用头孢曲松钠相关的一种药物性结石，由于其颗粒细小、松软，结石被排出过程中易导致梗阻。如功能性孤立肾或双侧上尿路同时发生梗阻，出现急性肾功能衰竭。本文通过对我院收治的1例头孢曲松结石患者的临床表现、CT检查表现、手术情况、术前术后肾功能变化进行分析并查阅相关文献，进一步探讨头孢曲松结石的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法，以便提高对头孢曲松结石的认识。
