[摘要] 目的 探讨非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的应用。 方法 选取2017年2月～2018年2月在本院收治的60例乳牙龋齿疾病患儿作为本次研究对象，随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30);对照组患儿行传统修复治疗，观察组则采用非创伤性修复治疗;对比观察两组患儿比较两组治疗效果与患儿治疗过程中的配合情况。 结果 对照组患儿治疗过程中配合率为56.67%，观察组为93.33%，观察组配合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为78.00%，观察组为98.08%，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 非创伤性修復治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中具有更高临床疗效，可显著提高患儿治疗配合率，具有更高临床应用价值。
