[摘要] 目的 探讨在改进临床输血病历质量中应用PDCA循环的具体效果。 方法 收集我院2017年1～6月296例临床输血病历，对病历进行检查，分析病历检查不合格的原因，并于2017年7～12月实施PDCA循环管理，对比实施前后病历检查的合格情况、病历等级分布及病历整改次数。 结果 实施PDCA循环管理后，病历检查的合格情况明显优于实施前，病历整改次数较实施前明显减少，病历甲级率较实施前明显提高，丙级率较实施前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在改进临床输血病历质量中应用PDCA循环能有效提高病历质量，减少输血病历各项指标缺陷的发生，值得采用。
