针对性护理对纤支镜治疗患者治疗舒适度及依从性的影响观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討针对性护理对纤支镜治疗患者治疗舒适度及依从性的影响。 方法 选取2016年3月～2018年6月在我院进行纤支镜治疗的患者120例为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理干预，比较两组护理情况、治疗舒适度及依从性。 结果 护理后两组FPS-R、SAS、SDS评分均降低，且观察组以上评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率95.00%显著高于对照组81.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间、平均住院费用及术后并发症发生率均短、低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 针对性护理对纤支镜治疗患者效果较佳，可显著改善患者治疗舒适度，提高患者依从性，安全有效，值得在临床上推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on the treatment comfort and compliance of patients treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention. On the basis of this， the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. The nursing status， treatment comfort and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment， the scores of FPS-R， SAS and SDS in two groups were decreased， and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%， higher than that of the control group(81.67%)， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average hospitalization time， average hospitalization cost and incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing is better for patients treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy， which can significantly improve patient comfort and improve patient compliance. It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
