[摘要] 目的 分析腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗患者的手术配合护理分析。 方法 选取2017年3月～2018年6月收治的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者92例为研究对象，按随机数表法分为对照组(n=46)进行基础护理，观察组(n=46)进行整体手术配合护理。比较两种护理方式下护理效果。 结果 观察组患者手术时间和住院时间显著更短，差异有统计学意义(t=14.492、5.000，P<0.05);观察组患者各种并发症状况2.17%(1/46)显著少于对照组15.22%(7/46)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.928，P<0.05)。 结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行手术室配合护理可减少治疗时间，降低并发症情况。
