[摘要] 目前越来越多的腰椎滑脱症患者进行手术治疗，其术后發生的邻近节段退变已引起了广泛的关注。而影响邻近节段退变的主要因素有患者自身因素及手术因素，患者自身因素包括年龄、性别、绝经和术前已有相邻节段退变因素;手术因素包括手术融合方式及手术融合节段等。根据患者自身情况选择适当的融合方式及融合节段可降低邻近椎体节段发生退变的概率。本文就腰椎滑脱症目前的治疗进展及术后发生邻近节段退变的影响因素等作一简要综述。
