综合护理对重症手足口病患儿生活质量及家长护理满意度的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理对重症手足口病患儿生活质量及家长护理满意度的影响。 方法 选取2018年1月～2019年1月我院收治的重症手足口病患儿80例(同时按照1∶1比例选择80名家长)作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施综合护理，对比两组的生活质量评分及家长对护理工作的满意度。 结果 观察组患儿的家庭生活、同伴交往、生活环境、躯体情感、抑郁体验、焦虑体验各项评分分别显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的家长对护理工作的满意度为97.5%，显著高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。 结论 对重症手足口病患儿积极治疗的同时配合综合护理，有利于提高患儿的生活质量，改善护患关系，提高家长对护理人员工作的满意度，促进疾病的恢复。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of parents in children with severe hand， foot and mouth disease. Methods Eighty children with severe hand， foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as well as 80 parents at the same time according to 1：1 ratio were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing. The quality of life scores and the satisfaction of parents in nursing work of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of family life， peer communication， living environment， physical emotion， depression experience and anxiety experience were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the parents in the observation group was 97.5%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Active treatment combined with comprehensive nursing for children with severe hand， foot and mouth disease is conducive to improving the quality of life of children， improving the relationship between nurses and patients， improving parents' satisfaction with the work of nursing staff， and promoting the recovery of diseases.

手足口病是由腸道病毒引起的急性传染性疾病，重症患儿可并发脑膜炎、脑炎、肺水肿、心肌炎等并发症[1]。对于重症手足口病患儿，由于被隔离，患儿易出现紧张、焦虑、烦躁、恐惧等负性心理，患儿家属由于对病情不了解也常合并紧张、焦虑、抑郁等负性心理，以上均会影响病情的恢复[1]。因此在对重症手足口病患儿积极对症治疗的同时配合综合护理干预，对于提高患儿的生活质量，及家长对护理工作的满意度具有重要作用。2018年1月～2019年1月，我院对40例重症手足口病患儿在对症治疗的同时配合综合护理干预，取得了较好的效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(伊秀梅 李娜 王清芳)
