保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果。 方法 将我院门诊2017年1月～2019年1月接收的早期乳腺癌患者160例作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为对照组(80例，改良根治手术治疗)和研究组(80例，保乳手术治疗)，对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、住院时间;对比两组治疗总有效率和生活质量评分。 结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、住院时间均显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率93.75%显著高于对照组的77.50%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量表中躯体功能和生理功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术治疗的临床效果显著，有效提高患者生活质量，值得推广。

Clinical observation of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 160 patients with early breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the control group(80 cases， modified radical surgery) and the study group(80 cases， breast-conserving surgery) according to randomized digital table. The operation time， intraoperative blood loss， drainage volume， and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time， intraoperative blood loss， drainage volume， and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.75%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.50%)， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of physical function and physiological function in the quality of life scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of breast-conserving surgery in patients with early breast cancer is significant， and it is worthy of promotion.

乳腺癌是目前女性發病率最高的恶性肿瘤，临床表现为乳头凹陷、橘皮症、乳房肿块、皮肤水肿等，致病因素尚未明确，已知与遗传、病毒、雌激素长期刺激等密切相关[1]。如不及时治疗该疾病，可危及患者生命。手术是治疗该疾病常用的方法，随着医疗技术水平的提高以及人们对于“美观”的需求，很多乳腺癌患者选择在根治疾病的基础上尽可能保乳房，提高术后的美观性[2]。此研究以改良根治手术为对照组，以分析保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床效果，对患者生活质量的影响，为今后临床提高疗效和改善患者生活质量提供有效参考。现将具体内容报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘聪)
