[摘要] 目的 探讨醋酸甲地孕酮分散片在急性白血病患者辅助治疗中的应用及其对患者生活质量的影响。 方法 选取2014年1月～2018年12月本院血液科收治的急性白血病患者126例，随机分为两组，对照组进行化疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合使用醋酸甲地孕酮分散片，观察治疗后两组患者的胃肠道反应、食欲变化、体重、KPS 评分变化以及营养状况变化。 结果 研究组胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，食欲增长率和体重增长率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组 KPS 评分增长率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的营养状况无显著差异(P>0.05)，治疗后研究组营养状况明显改善(P<0.05)。 结论 联合使用醋酸甲地孕酮分散片辅助化疗治疗急性白血病能够有效减轻化疗不良反应，改善患者生活质量。
