综上所述，布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸阻塞的临床疗效显著，其安全性较高，可有效改善患儿肺功能及临床症状，提高临床治疗效果，该治疗方案值得临床推广应用。
