[摘要] 目的 探讨细节护理在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中的应用及对患者NIHSS评分的影响。 方法 选取2017年7月～2018年12月在我院进行溶栓治疗的脑梗死患者90例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组45例，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用细节护理，比较两组護理有效率、护理满意度以及护理前后NIHSS评分变化情况。 结果 研究组护理总有效率、护理满意程度以及护理前后NIHSS评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对溶栓治疗脑梗死患者采用细节护理方式能够明显改善患者的神经缺损功能，有效提高临床效果，提升护理质量，并得到患者广泛认可，值得在临床推广和使用。
