益气强心合并穴位艾灸治疗心力衰竭的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨益气强心合并穴位艾灸治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。 方法 选取2017年1月～2018年12月我院收治的心力衰竭患者60例，按照随机化原则分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组给予益气强心合并穴位艾灸治疗，比较两组患者心功能疗效、中医证候积分、左室射血分数(LVEF)和生活质量。结果 观察组患者心功能疗效总有效率为93.33%(28/30)，明显高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分、LVEF、生活质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 采用益气强心配合穴位艾灸治疗心力衰竭临床效果确切，可改善患者心功能，提高生活质量，减少住院次数，降低死亡率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical observation of Yiqiqiangxin combined with acupoint moxibustion in treatment of heart failure

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqiqiangxin combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of heart failure. Methods Sixty patients with heart failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled， and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of randomization， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment， while the observation group was given Yiqiqiangxin combined with acupoint moxibustion treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of cardiac function efficacy， TCM syndrome scores， left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF) and life quality. Results The effective rate of heart function in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30)， which was significantly higher than 73.33%(22/30) of the control group， with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of TCM syndrome scores， LVEFs and life quality， with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqiqiangxin combined with acupoint moxibustion has definite clinical effect in the treatment of heart failure， which can improve the cardiac function and life quality of patients， and reduce the need for hospitalization and the mortality rates， which is worth popularizing clinical application.

心力衰竭是各种心脏病的终末期表现，有着较高的死亡率。临床上心力衰竭分為Ⅰ～Ⅳ级，Ⅲ级以上心力衰竭再住院率高，生活质量差，医疗费用高，且多伴血压偏低、心率慢、药物不能耐受等特征[1]，影响ACEI，使用β受体阻滞剂预后不理想，已成为当今临床研究的重点问题。本研究在“五脏相关”理论指导下，在常规治疗的基础上，采用益气强心中药治疗，配合穴位艾灸调节气机，促进血液及血脉运动，可扶正祛邪等[2-3]。使临床治愈率、好转率提高，整体费用降低，生活质量改善，再住院率降低。本文选取我院60例心力衰竭患者，旨在讨论益气强心合并穴位艾灸治疗心力衰竭的临床效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(毕鹏)
