[摘要] 目的 观察结肠水疗联合生物反馈治疗对功能性便秘的临床疗效。 方法 选取2015年6月～2018年6月我院功能性便秘患者85例并随机分为甲乙两组。甲组患者实施盆底生物反馈治疗，共37例;乙组患者实施结肠水疗联合盆底生物反馈治疗，共48例。比较甲乙两组患者治疗费用、治疗时间、复诊次数等指标。 结果 甲组患者的治疗费用、治疗时间、复诊次数和治疗后半年内复发率均显著高于乙组(P<0.05)，而乙组患者治疗有效率和满意度显著高于甲组(P<0.05)。 结论 结肠水疗联合盆底生物反馈治疗功能性便秘具有无创、无药物依赖、治疗时间较短、费用低、复发率低且患者满意度高等优势，值得临床推广应用。
