[摘要] 目的 探讨人血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)活性与冠脉病变严重程度的关系。 方法 选取2017年1月～2019年1月在我院住院，疑诊为冠心病的80例患者行冠状动脉造影。按造影结果分为对照组和观察组，对比两组Lp-PLA2水平的差异;再将观察组中按冠脉病变支数、Gensini积分再将患者分成不同的亚组，比较各亚组间Lp-PLA2水平的差异。 结果 观察组血浆Lp-PLA2浓度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Lp-PLA2活性随着冠状动脉病变支数和Gensini积分的增加而升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 Lp-PLA2活性能反映冠脉病变的严重性，与冠脉病变严重程度有关。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between human plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) activity and the severity of coronary artery disease.
