[摘要] 目的 探讨细节护理在肠结核患者临床治疗护理中的应用及对患者肠道菌群改变的影响。 方法 选取2017年5月～2019年7月我院收治的肠结核患者100例，随机分成两组，两组患者均进行规范化的抗结核药物治疗。对照组进行常规护理干预，研究组进行细节护理干预。对两组患者的舒适度、护理质量和肠道菌群状况进行比较。结果 研究组护理舒适度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肠道菌群状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 细节护理在肠结核患者临床治疗护理中具有良好的效果，对患者肠道菌群有较大程度的改善，值得在临床上推广应用。
