我院2016～2018年住院药房麻醉药品使用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析我院麻醉药品使用情况，为临床合理使用麻醉药品提供参考。 方法 收集我院2016～2018年度麻醉药品使用相关数据，对其销售金额、限定日剂量(difined daily dose，DDD)、用药频度(defined daily dose system，DDDs)、药物利用指数(drug utilization index，DUI)等指标进行统计分析。 结果 2016～2018年，我院住院患者麻醉药品的销售金额逐年上升，其在全部药品销售金额的构成比也逐年上升;瑞芬太尼、舒芬太尼的销售金额一直保持前两位，且逐年增加;舒芬太尼、羟考酮缓释片10 mg的DDDs一直保持前两位;可待因片及吗啡片前两年的DUI>1，其余麻醉药品三年的DUI<1。 结论 我院住院药房麻醉药品的管理和使用基本符合相关法律法规及诊疗规范，在今后工作中仍需进一步加强管理，促进临床合理应用。

An analysis of the use of narcotic drugs in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from 2016 to 2018

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital and provide reference for rational clinical use of narcotic drugs. Methods The relevant data on the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were collected， and the indexes such as sales amount， defined daily dose (DDD)， defined daily dose system (DDDs)， drug utilization index (DUI)， etc. were statistically analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2018， the sales amount of narcotic drugs for hospitalized patients in our hospital increased year by year， and its proportion in the total drug sales amount also increased year by year; the sales amount of remifentanil and sufentanil remained the top two and increased year by year;the DDDs of sufentanil and oxycodone sustained-release tablets of 10mg remained the top two;in the first two years， of codeine tablets and morphine tablets， the DUI >1， and of other narcotic drugs， the DUI<1 for the three years . Conclusion The management and use of narcotic drugs in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital are basically in line with relevant laws， regulations and standards of diagnosis and treatment. It is still necessary to further strengthen the management and promote rational clinical application in future work.

麻醉藥品是指对中枢神经有麻醉作用，连续使用后易产生身体依赖性和精神依赖性、能成瘾癖的药品，其在缓解创伤、术中和术后疼痛及晚期癌痛，改善患者生活质量中占有极其重要的地位[1]。若能合理使用，可发挥治病作用，有效缓解癌症患者的疼痛，但是如果对麻醉药品疏于管理或者不合理应用麻醉药品，不仅会对治疗效果产生影响，同时还可能出现药品滥用现象，进而引发严重社会问题[2，3]。随着世界卫生组织(World health organization，WHO)“癌症三阶梯止痛原则”的普及及“无痛病房”的深入开展，使很多癌痛或手术患者摆脱了疼痛的折磨，提高了疼痛治疗的效果，也提高了生活质量。另一方面，麻醉药品的用量大幅提高，医院对麻醉药品的管理也迎来新的挑战[3]。为此，本研究对我院2016～2018年度住院药房麻醉药品使用情况进行统计分析，为临床提供更多可靠的数据，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(黄培瑜)
