小檗碱对心肌肥厚大鼠模型心功能的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析小檗碱对心肌肥厚大鼠模型心功能的影响。 方法 将36只雄性BD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、心肌肥厚组、小檗碱治疗组,每组12只,其中心肌肥厚组、小檗碱治疗组大鼠构建为心肌肥厚模型。小檗碱治疗组每日灌服小檗碱,其余两组给予等量生理盐水灌服。饲养4周后测量大鼠心功能指标、心重指数及左心室胶原分布。 结果 空白对照组大鼠左室舒张末期内径(Left ventricular end diastolic dimension,LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(Left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVESD)、全心重量(Heart weight,HW)/体重(Body weight,BW)、左心室重量(Left ventricular weight,LVW)/BW、右心室重量(Right ventricular weight,LVW)/BW、心肌间质胶原容积分数(Interstitial collagen volume fraction,ICVF)、心肌血管周围胶原面积(Perivascular collagen area,PVCA)均低于心肌肥厚組、小檗碱治疗组,HR高于心肌肥厚组,低于小檗碱治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小檗碱治疗组LVEDD、LVESD、HW/BW、LVW/BW、RVW/BW、ICVF、PVCA均低于心肌肥厚组,而心率(HR)高于心肌肥厚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 小檗碱可以有效修复大鼠心肌肥厚引发的心功能损伤,改善其心重指数,抑制Ⅰ型胶原增生,对临床治疗心肌肥厚有一定的指导作用。

    Effect of berberine on cardiac function in rats with myocardial hypertrophy

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of berberine on cardiac function of cardiac hypertrophy rats. Methods 36 male BD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, myocardial hypertrophy group and berberine treatment group, with 12 rats in each group. Rats in the myocardial hypertrophy group and berberine treatment group were constructed as myocardial hypertrophy models. Berberine was administrated daily in the berberine treatment group, and the other two groups were administrated with the same amount of normal saline. After 4 weeks of feeding, cardiac function index, cardiac weight index and left ventricular collagen distribution were measured. Results In the blank control group, left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD), heart weight/body weight(HW/BW), left ventricular weight(LVW/BW), right ventricular weight(RVW/BW), interstitial collagen volume fraction(ICVF) and perivascular collagen area(PVCA) were lower than those in the myocardial hypertrophy group and berberine group, HR was higher than that in the myocardial hypertrophy group and berberine treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). LVEDD, LVESD, HW/BW, LVW/BW, RVW/BW, ICVF, PVCA in the berberine treatment group were lower than those in the myocardial hypertrophy group, while the HR was higher than the myocardial hypertrophy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Berberine can effectively repair the cardiac function damage caused by cardiac hypertrophy, improve the cardiac weight index, inhibit the proliferation of type I collagen, and has a certain guiding role in the clinical treatment of cardiac hypertrophy., http://www.100md.com(陈志冬 唐坎凯 刘凤琪 邵学平)
