肝癌组织LncRNATINCR表达水平对术后复发的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討肝癌组织中LncRNA TINCR表达水平对术后复发的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2014年7月～2016年7月间在我院接受手术治疗的132例肝细胞癌患者的临床资料。RT-PCR 法检测肝癌标本内LncRNA TINCR表达水平，采用ROC曲线和Kaplan-Meier法分析LncRNA TINCR表达水平对肝癌术后长期生存的影响。 结果 肝癌组织中LncRNA TINCR表达水平对术后复发预测的曲线下面积(AUC)为 0.818，特异度为72.73%，敏感度为83.12%，最佳判读值为1.82(P<0.0001)。根据ROC曲线分析结果，将肝癌组织LncRNA TINCR相对表达水平>1.82的81例(61.36%)患者纳入高表达组，而肝癌组织LncRNA TINCR相对表达水平≤1.82的51例(38.64%)患者纳入低表达组。Kaplan-Meier法生存分析发现高表达组术后3年内有65例患者出现复发，3年无瘤生存率为19.75%(16/81);低表达组术后3年内有12例患者出现复发，3年无瘤生存率为76.47%(39/51)，低表达组3年无瘤生存率明显高于高表达组(P<0.0001)，两组间死亡风险比：5.5717，95%CI：3.5642～8.7100。 结论 肝癌组织LncRNA TINCR表达水平与肝癌术后复发显著相关，LncRNA TINCR表达水平升高则预示术后较高的复发率。

Methods The clinical data of 132 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent surgery in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression level of LncRNA TINCR in liver cancer specimens. ROC curve and Kaplan-Meier method were used to analyze the effect of LncRNA TINCR expression level on long-term survival of liver cancer after operation. Results The area under the curve(AUC) of LncRNA TINCR expression level of liver cancer tissues for postoperative recurrence prediction was 0.818， specificity was 72.73%， sensitivity was 83.12%， and the best interpretation value was 1.82(P<0.0001). According to the results of ROC curve analysis， 81(61.36%) patients with a relative expression level of LncRNA TINCR greater than 1.82 were included in the high expression group， while 51(38.64%) patients with a relative expression level of LncRNA TINCR less than 1.82 were included in the low expression group. Kaplan-Meier method survival analysis found that 65 patients in the high expression group had recurrence within 3 years after operation， and the 3-year tumor-free survival rate was 19.75%(16/81). Twelve patients in the low expression group had recurrence within 3 years after operation， and the 3-year tumor-free survival rate was 76.47%(39/51). The 3-year tumor-free survival rate of the low expression group was significantly higher than that of the high expression group(P<0.0001)， The mortality risk ratio between the two groups was 5.5717， with 95% confidence interval of 3.5642-8.7100.
