[摘要] 医学英语教学改革是国际大环境对医学教育提出的必然要求。普通医学院校学生存在医学英语学习水平参差不齐、学生特点和需求各异的情况，统一的教学目标和方式不利于因材施教。本研究拟构建医学英语隐性分层教学模式，根据学生基础和特点差异在自然班内设置异质小组，设定分层目标，推进教学方式分层，并实行分层评价。教师拟定医学英语听说读写各模块的分组合作任务，将其按难度层级细分为不同微任务，分配给不同层次的组内成员，形成组内合作、组间竞争的学习氛围，并通过分层评价提高学生的学习动力和成就感。医学英语隐性分层教学模式旨在针对学生差异进行因材施教，缓解学生焦虑感，优化学习效果。
