医学模拟教学在住院医师传染病防控能力培训中的应用与效果研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討医学模拟教学在住院医师传染病防控能力培训中的应用与效果研究。 方法 选取2020年1~4月在我院住院医师规范化培训学员48名。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各24名,对照组采取传统教学方法教学,观察组采取医学模拟教学法,治疗后对比分析两组的理论考核+技能考核评分及熟悉度评分、满意度评分、综合评价评分。 结果 观察组培训后的理论考核+技能考核评分分别为(96.3±13.1)分、(95.1±12.4)分,明显高于对照组的(84.3±18.1)、(80.3±14.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组培训后的熟悉度评分、满意度评分、综合评价评分分别为(151.3±22.1)分、(97.2±11.2)分、(365.3±11.5)分,明显高于对照组的(126.8±14.2)分、(81.9±12.4)分、(319.4±14.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 医学模拟教学在住院医师传染病防控能力培训中的应用效果较好,可以显著提高参训学员掌握传染病突发事件卫生应对理论知识和技能操作能力,对传染病突发事件应的对能力,也提高了对培训的满意度,值得广泛推广和应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application and effect of medical simulation teaching in the training of residents' infectious disease prevention and control ability. Methods Forty-eight trainees for standardized training of residents from January to April 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method and the observation group adopted medical simulation teaching method. After treatment, the two groups' theoretical assessment and skill assessment score,familiarity score,satisfaction score, and comprehensive evaluation score were compared and analyzed. Results The theoretical and skill assessment scores of the observation group after training were(96.3±13.1) points and (95.1±12.4) points, which were significantly higher than those ([84.3±18.1] points and [80.3±14.2] points) of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The familiarity score, satisfaction score and comprehensive evaluation score of the observation group after training were(151.3±22.1) points, (97.2±11.2) points and (365.3±11.5) points, which were significantly higher than those([126.8±14.2] points, [81.9±12.4] points and [319.4±14.8] points) in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical simulation teaching has a good application effect in the training of infectious disease prevention and control ability of residents, which can significantly improve the ability of trainees to master the theoretical knowledge and technical operation of infectious disease emergencies, and the ability to respond to emergencies of infectious diseases.
