中药降压贴联合耳穴埋豆法辅助治疗原发性高血压的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討分析中药降压贴联合耳穴埋豆法辅助治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。 方法 选择2018年9月～2019年12月在我院心血管内科就诊的原发性高血压患者100例为研究对象，随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。其中对照组予以常规西医降压治疗，观察组在对照组基础上辅以中药降压贴联合耳穴埋豆治疗，观察比较两组患者治疗前后血压变化情况以及临床疗效。 结果 (1)治疗前观察组与对照组的收缩压、舒张压比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组与对照组的收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)，且观察组收缩压与舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组总有效率为96%(48/50)，对照组总有效率为80%(40/50)，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 中药降压贴联合耳穴埋豆法辅助治疗原发性高血压疗效确切，可有效降低血压，值得在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of adjuvant treatment of essential hypertension with Chinese medicine antihypertensive plaster combined with auricular points plaster therapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=50). At the same time， the control group was given conventional western medicine antihypertensive treatment， while the observation group was supplemented with Chinese medicine antihypertensive plaster combined with auricular points plaster therapy. The changes of blood pressure and clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results (1) Before treatment， there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). After treatment， systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)， and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2) The total efficacy rate of the observation group was 96%(48/50)， which was significantly higher than 80%(40/50) of the control group(P<0.05)， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
