[摘要] 毕Ⅱ式吻合术后输出袢梗阻，常需手术进行治疗，本科室1例输出袢入口梗阻患者行Braun氏吻合术，使食物、胃液、胆汁及胰液均通过该吻合口进入远端空肠，成功治愈。因为食物完全进入输入袢再经Braun氏吻合进入远端空肠是一种非常规路径，对于类似病例有一定借鉴意义，现予报告。
