    [摘要] 目的 探讨产前超声检查对胎儿畸形的诊断效果。 方法 选取102例2018年7月～2020年1月在我院行产前超声胎儿畸形筛查的孕妇作为研究对象，其均在产前行二维超声检查和四维超声检查，对本组孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与最终临床诊断结果进行比较，统计检出的胎儿畸形发生率，对二维超声和四维超声的诊断效能进行统计学分析比较。 结果 经分娩后或者引产后确诊，共检出畸形胎儿18例(17.65%)，其中脑部畸形1例(0.98%)、心脏畸形4例(3.92%)、四肢畸形1例(0.98%)、肾脏畸形3例(2.94%)、脊柱裂畸形3例(2.94%)、唇腭裂畸形6例(5.88%);二维超声诊断的敏感度(50.00%)、准确度(90.20%)均低于四维超声(77.78%、92.16%)，且低于联合诊断结果(88.89%)、(97.06%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 孕妇在分娩前行产前超声检查实施胎儿畸形筛查，建议以四维超声诊断结果为准，能够为临床诊断和治疗提供准确的指导依据，有较高的推广价值。
