    [摘要] 目的 调查老年高血压患者的出院准备度现状水平，分析影响老年高血压患者出院准备度的因素。 方法? 采用方便抽样法选取2019年1～12月在广西壮族自治区南溪山医院住院的老年高血压患者197例为研究对象，在患者出院前24 h内发放一般资料调查表和出院准备度量表进行问卷调查;采用t检验和方差分析比较不同组患者出院准备度情况，并运用多元线性回归分析老年高血压患者出院准备度的影响因素。 结果 老年高血压患者的出院准备度平均得分是(95.17±15.82)分，处于较低水平。多元线性回归表明，家到医院的距离、家庭人均月收入、高血压分级、是否合并其他慢性疾病是老年高血压患者出院准备度的影响因素。 结论 老年高血压患者的出院准备度不足，应重视该群体的出院准备情况，提供优质的出院护理服务，提高患者的出院准备度。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the status quo of discharge readiness of elderly patients with hypertension and analyze the factors impacting discharge readiness of elderly patients with hypertension.
