    [摘要] 目的 探討智慧急救对颅脑创伤手术治疗患者预后的影响。 方法 选择2018年6月至2020年1月在我院手术治疗的颅脑损伤患者60例为研究对象，随机分为干预组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组采用常规急救措施，干预组采用智慧急救措施。比较两组术中不良反应发生率，术后GCS评分、FMA评分及GOS评分。 结果 ①干预组术中心率>100次/min的发生率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P100 times/min during the operation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ②The GCS score of the intervention group 7 days and 1 month after the operation was significantly higher than that before the operation ......
