    [摘要] 目的 探討利培酮联合阿立哌唑与单用利培酮治疗精神分裂症的效果及安全性。 方法 选择2019年1—12月在我院诊断治疗的精神分裂症患者60例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。观察组采用利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗，对照组采用利培酮治疗，比较两组治疗前后PANSS评分、PSP评分、MMSE评分以及不良反应情况。 结果 (1)治疗后，两组PANSS评分均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 利培酮联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症可显著改善临床症状，并且不增加不良反应发生情况。
