    [摘要] 人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染人体后会侵犯和破坏CD4+ T细胞，破坏机体免疫功能，为重建或维持免疫功能，需要进行抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)。抗反转录病毒治疗通过使用抗反转录病毒药物抑制HIV复制，可以降低病毒载量和二次传播的风险，延长患者寿命，从而将艾滋病(AIDS)从一种终末期疾病变为另一种可控制的慢性疾病。抗反转录病毒治疗过程中，良好的依从性对抗反转录病毒药物疗效有重要影响，但是ART治疗依从性的影响因素有很多，涉及经济、社会、个人、生理、心理等方面。本文针对反转录病毒治疗依从性的影响因素和改善方法进行综述，以期为临床管理HIV患者提供参考。
