    [摘要] 临床实践发现，人们在某个特定的环境中产生的较为强烈的心理暗示，称之为意念力，其具有双向作用、个体差异性强、相对稳定性和阻断可塑性、可自动增强等四项基础属性，可以用来指导临床心理护理的实施。意念力在结直肠癌患者中普遍存在，且多为不良信息反馈，会影响临床疗效和疾病预后。而心理护理可以帮助患者建立良好意念反馈，在结直肠癌患者的治疗中(手術、放化疗)心理护理十分重要，因此必须重视加强心理干预护理来帮助结直肠癌患者建立良好的信息反馈，对患者的生存时间和生存质量具有重大意义。基于此，笔者浅谈结直肠癌心理护理对临床作用的研究进展。
