    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical significance of the combined detection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA replication and five items of liver fibrosis， including hyaluronic acid (HA)， type Ⅲ procollagen N-terminal peptide (PⅢPN)， type Ⅳ collagen (CⅣ) )， laminin (LN) and glycocholic acid (CG) in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 109 patients with chronic hepatitis B diagnosed in Hanchuan People′s Hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.
