    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT in isolated and localized ground glass density nodules below 1cm in lung. Methods A total of 55 patients with isolated and localized ground glass density nodules below 1 cm in lung admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to November 2020 were selected， and all of them were examined by spiral CT. The CT image features and multi-slice spiral CT signs of 55 patients with different pathological types were observed.
