    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with basic anti-tuberculosis treatment on patients with tuberculous pleurisy， as well as the impacts on the expression levels of adenosine deaminase (ADA) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in pleural effusion， and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in serum.
