    [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of targeted silencing of the CCDC132 gene by shRNA on the proliferation，migration， and invasion of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells and its mechanism. Methods Ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line was cultured in vitro. CCDC132-siRNA and empty vector sequence were designed and transfected into ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells， which were the sh-CCDC132 group and the control group. The relative expression of CCDC132 in each group was detected by qRT-PCR. Cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 assay. Cell migration was detected by scratch assay.
