    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the protective efficacy of resveratrol，an effective component of polygonum cuspidatum，on acute lung injury through animal experiments. Methods A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group(n=10)，the model group (n=10)，the solvent control group (n=10) and the resveratrol treatment group (n=10). The acute lung injury model was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
