    Application of autologous blood recovery combined with white blood cell filter in obstetrics

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application of autologous blood recovery combined with white blood cell filter in cesarean section and ectopic pregnant women. Methods A total of 400 cases of cesarean section and ectopic pregnant women aged 22 to 45 with ASAⅠ-Ⅲ in the Department of Anesthesiology， Jingdezhen First People′s Hospital from January to November 2020 were collected. According to the blood transfusion method， they were divided into the on-demand blood transfusion group (control group， n=200) and the autologous blood recovery combined with white blood cell filter group (study group， n=200). The amount of allogeneic blood transfusion and intraoperative blood loss， 24 h postpartum bleeding， vital signs， and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analysed. Results The amount of allogeneic blood transfusion (432.52±17.71) mL and 24 h postpartum blood loss (342.58±97.27) mL in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group [(731.41±128.22) mL and (551.35±96.86) mL].
