    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with ultrasound-based drug delivery on limb fractures and postoperative swelling. Methods A total of sixty patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases in the control group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis.
