    The establishment and necessity of specialized ethics committee for medical technology

    [Abstract] According to the analysis on actual hospital work， it is found that there is a difference between scientific research and the introduction of new medical technology， and the introduction is considered as a focal point. Since the introduced new medical technology is a clinical medical service， the establishment of an ethics committee for medical technology can make the ethical review in this scope more operative and avoid artificially changing the mature technology to be introduced into research. However， ethical review is indispensable to ensure medical quality and safety and to improve medical service capacity.
