    [摘要] 目的 探讨GeneXpert MTB/RIF(以下简称“GeneXpert”)检测结核性脑膜炎患者的脑脊液应用价值。 方法 选取2014年12月至2019年12月在沈阳市第十人民医院住院治疗的初诊为结核性脑膜炎患者120例作为研究对象，收集患者的脑脊液标本，进行脑脊液抗酸杆菌涂片检测、脑脊液结核分枝杆菌960培养及脑脊液GeneXpert检测，分析GeneXpert的检测效能。 结果 脑脊液抗酸杆菌检测阳性9例，阴性111例;脑脊液结核分枝杆菌960培养阳性40例，阴性80例;脑脊液GeneXpert检测阳性39例，阴性81例。以脑脊液涂片为标准，GeneXpert检测的灵敏度及特异度分别为100.00%和72.97%;以脑脊液960培养为标准，GeneXpert检测的灵敏度及特异度分别为97.50%和100.00%;以临床诊断为标准，GeneXpert检测的灵敏度及特异度分别为95.12%和100.00%。结论 脑脊液GeneXpert检测灵敏度和特异度较高、检测时间短，有利于临床早期诊断结核性脑膜炎。
