    [摘要] 目的 探討针对非小细胞肺癌术后放化疗患者应用基于护理程序的干预方案价值。 方法 选择非小细胞肺癌术后进行放化疗治疗的患者80例，均为我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就应用常规干预方案(对照组，n=40)与应用基于护理程序的干预方案(观察组，n=40)效果展开对比。 结果 两组干预前希望水平评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后，各组评测分值均有升高，且观察组更为显著(P0.05)。干预后，各组评测分值均有升高，观察组变化不明显，对照组明显高于干预前，且高于观察组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，干预后，各组评测分值均有升高，且观察组高于对照组(P0.05).After intervention，the scores of both groups increased，especially in the observation group(P0.05).After intervention，the scores of each group increased. The change of the observation group was not obvious，but the score of the control group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention，and also higher than that of the observation group，with statistically significant difference(P0.05).After the intervention，the scores of each group increased，and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05)。
