    [Abstract] Objective To study the expression difference and clinical significance of Kras pathway molecules CylinD1 and caspase-3 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues. Methods Patients with stage Ⅰ-ⅢA NSCLC who underwent surgical resection in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected. The mRNA expression levels and protein expression levels of CylinD1 and Caspase-3 in NSCLC tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were detected. Patients were followed for progression-free survival(PFS). Results The mRNA and protein expression levels of CylinD1 in NSCLC tissues were higher than those in the paracancerous tissues(P<0.05). The mRNA and protein expression levels of Caspase-3 in NSCLC tissues were lower than those in the paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).
