    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole in place of chlorpromazine in patients with schizophrenia (mainly negative symptoms). Methods A total of 108 patients with schizophrenia who met the research conditions in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected. The above patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The observation group (n=54) was treated with aripiprazole.
