    [Abstract] Medication therapy management has been implemented in the United States for more than ten years， saving a lot of medical expenses， and has been recognized by the US government. In recent years， as patients′ demand for high-quality medical services has increased， my country′s attention to medication therapy management (MTM) has gradually increased. Traditional medication therapy management (MTM) is mainly based on face-to-face pharmaceutical services. This research combines information technology with the traditional face-to-face pharmacy service model to construct a new type of medication therapy management work model and conduct case analysis.
