    [Abstract] Objective To explore the positive effect of continuous nursing intervention based on the WeChat platform on improving the motor function and quality of life of patients with osteoporotic compression fractures. Methods A total of 84 patients with osteoporotic compression fractures who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from December 2017 to April 2020 were randomly selected to carry out corresponding clinical studies.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by the odd and even number drawing method， with 42 cases in each group.
