    [摘要] 目的 阐述SEPT2在结直肠癌(CRC)中的表达及意义。 方法 应用Oncomine数据库挖掘关于SEPT2的信息，并对挖掘的资料进行二次分析，对其在结直肠癌组织中的表达情况进行荟萃分析，同时在TCGA数据中进行生存分析验证预后相关性。 结果 Oncomine数据库中共收集了438个不同类型的研究结果，共有13个研究涉及SEPT2在结直肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达，共1139个样本，与癌旁正常组织比较，SEPT2在结直肠癌组织中高表达(P=2.45×10-4)。在TCGA CRC的研究中，SEPT2的mRNA表达量与结直肠癌总体生存率存在相关性，即在随访至313 d之前SEPT2表达情况与患者总体生存率无明显差异(P=0.3764)，而313 d之后SEPT2高表达的患者预后较差(P=0.0414)。 结论 通过深入挖掘Oncomine数据库中关于结直肠癌相关基因芯片的信息发现，SEPT2在结直肠癌组织中高表达，且与患者的预后相关，为今后结直肠癌患者预后的判断提供依据，同时也为相关肿瘤药物的研发提供重要理论依据。

    [Abstract] Objective To describe the expression and significance of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods The Oncomine database was used to search information about SEPT2. The extracted data was analyzed twice. Meta-analysis was conducted on the expression of SEPT2 in colorectal cancer tissues.
