    [摘要] 目的 探讨儿童脊柱结核的特征性影像表现，提高对其认识水平。 方法? 回顾性分析2001年1月至2020年12月成都市妇女儿童中心医院确诊为儿童脊柱结核的26例患儿的DR、CT与MRI图像，探讨其主要影像表现。结果? 本组病例主要影像表現为椎体中央型破坏19例(73%)、椎间盘受累9例(36%)、椎旁冷脓肿环形强化11例(42%)。结论? 儿童脊柱结核以中心型椎体结核多见，骨破坏、病灶内钙化斑、冷脓肿、淋巴结结核具有一定特征性影像表现。CT对显示椎体骨破坏、病灶内钙化具有一定优势;MRI对软组织肿块、冷脓肿、淋巴结坏死等能够提供更多诊断信息;熟悉其影像特征，有助于提高儿童脊柱结核的临床诊疗水平。
