    [摘要] 食管癌根治术后营养不良的高发生率，是影响患者临床预后的最重要因素，延续护理作为控制其发生与进展的重要手段，对促进患者康复的意义重大。本文综述了食管癌根治术后出院患者营养延续护理开展的迫切性、延续性护理模式在该类患者中的应用现状等内容，阐述了营养延续护理的实施策略，包括运用中西医结合的手段，多学科合作，立足于患者整体观，充分发扬祖国传统医学的优势;满足患者的个性化需求，采取适宜的随访方式，提高患者参与的积极性;挖掘医共体优势，借助社区、家庭的力量，扩充支持资源，提升患者参与的动力;构建系统性、规范化、可操作的食管癌根治术后患者营养延續性护理方案，细化服务内容与流程。食管癌根治术患者的营养状况一直受到医务人员的重视，但营养延续护理的干预效果有待于进一步加强。
