    [摘要] 目的 探究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)合并肺結核患者抗结核治疗的临床效果及应用价值。方法? 遴选2019年3月～2021年3月长沙市中心医院收治的老年慢阻肺合并肺结核患者40例，参考“系统抽样法”，将研究对象分为对照组和观察组，每组各20例，对照组实施常规治疗，观察组常规治疗+抗结核治疗。评价指标：临床总疗效、肺功能指标、肺部阴影、空洞改善情况及痰菌转阴率。结果? 观察组患者治疗总疗效95.00%明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组双肺阴影消失率(90.00%)、胸片空洞改善率(85.00%)、痰菌转阴率(80.00%)明显高于对照组(60.0%、55.00%、50.00%)(均P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组较对照组FEV1、FVC、IC水平均更高，RV、TLC水平更低(均P<0.05)。结论? 针对老年慢阻肺合并肺结核患者实施抗结核治疗，临床疗效确切，有利于患者临床症状、体征改善，促进肺功能恢复，实现理想的治疗效果。
